Why the double applicator?
Yes. The versatility of having two application options was shown in our consumer research to be highly regarded and much easier to use for those who have trouble with a steady hand. Remember just a small amount will showcase beautiful, dramatic lashes and brows.

Is it the same product in both sides of Bamboo Lash™?
Yes. As our product can be used twice a day, many of our customers will apply the mascara brush end in the morning and the eyeliner applicator in the evening. Always remember to use on clean dry skin and allow drying prior to applying your makeup or skincare products.

How do I apply Bamboo Lash™ and Bamboo Brow™?
Simply apply a thin coat of Bamboo Lash to the base of your eyelashes using the eyeliner applicator end or one coat of Bamboo Lash™ using the mascara wand applicator. No need to use the product heavily- just one coat per application for 4-6 weeks is enough to make your lashes pop! Same for Bamboo Brow™, simply apply a thin coat using either the brow brush or brow comb applicator in the area where you want to enhance the appearance of your brow is enough for you to get the dramatic effect you are looking for!

Can I use the Bamboo Lash™ on the brow or the Bamboo Brow™ on the lash?
Bamboo Lash™ and Bamboo Brow™ have ingredients that are not the same. Bamboo Lash’s™ formulation was developed to enhance the appearance of eyelashes and has ingredients that are more gentle for the eyelid area. Bamboo Brow™ was formulated to work on the course brow hair and has special botanical ingredients that subtly tint the brow and may cause irritation if used around the eyelid.

How long before I see results?
Bamboo Lash™ users typically see amazing results in 4-6 weeks! Many users have found that their lashes have changed and appeared thicker and fuller as early as two weeks after using Bamboo Lash. Our specially formulated natural lash product creates a dramatic, sexy appearance of lashes and many people stop using mascara because they are so pleased with their results!

Do I need to use Bamboo Lash everyday?
As the application instructions indicate, you need to use Bamboo Lash on a clean, dry eyelid or eyelash, once a day. The great thing about being a natural product without prostaglandin drugs is that our formulation is gentle enough to be used 2x a day! Once your lashes are looking amazingly fantastic, you will begin a maintenance plan and only need to use it 2-3 days a week to keep them gorgeous!

How long will my tube of Bamboo Lash™ last?
Even though most users experience long, sexy, thicker lashes in just 4-6 weeks, your tube should last you about 5 months. Remember you only need to use our product lightly to experience beautiful, dramatic lashes. Unlike other market products that cause irritation, Bamboo Lash™ can be used 2x a day so the tube may be used up a bit quicker if you do. Once your lashes reach your desired appearance, you will only need to be on a maintenance program and use Bamboo Lash™ 2-3 times a week so your tube may last up to six months.

Once my lashes and or brows reach the stage I like, do I still need to use Bamboo daily?

What will happen if I stop using Bamboo Lash™?
If you decide to stop using Bamboo Lash™, your eyelashes are expected to return over time to their previous appearance prior to when you started to use the product.

Will the natural botanical tint darken my skin?
No. Unlike other non-natural products on the market, Bamboo Lash™ has not been shown to cause discoloration of the skin, or hyperpigmentation.

I heard that Parabens and propylene glycol are linked to health risks, do Bamboo Lash & Bamboo Brow contain them?
With your safety in mind, our team of expert formulators strived to create products that contained ingredients that raised questionable concerns. Even though parabens have been used as preservatives, they are absolutely not necessary and we have found a natural preservative complex that has been tested and shown to preserve our product just as efficiently without concerning ourselves with anything known to be linked to health risks.

Should I use Bamboo Lash™ at night, in the morning or both?
You can use our product in the morning, at night or at both times – it’s entirely up to you. For more dramatic results, use both times. Can I still wax / tweeze my brows?
Absolutely! In fact, Bamboo Brow™ was created for helping you to achieve that desired arch and natural brow. Often times, users that have over-tweezed or have thinning brow “tails” have found that by using Bamboo Brow, they are able to fill in the sparse thin area. Even people who have resigned themselves to get their eyebrows tattooed or previously shaved the eyebrow area have found that after using Bamboo Brow, they were able to enhance the sparse hair for an appearance of fuller brows.

Will Bamboo Brow™ work on a scar in my brow?
Results vary and no formal tests have been completed. Often times, scar tissue is so deep that there is no hair follicle left. However, some users have said that they have noticed that gaps in their brows caused by scars, appeared to have filled in enough to make it less obvious.

Can I use the Bamboo Lash™ with extensions and or false eyelashes?
Definitely. In fact Bamboo Lash™ will help to strengthen natural lashes and give support to lash extensions. Often times, lash extension or false eyelash users find that the glue will cause natural lashes to break, fall out or create empty areas on the lash line. Bamboo Lash™ nourishes weak or thinning lashes to help them become healthy and stronger to support lash extensions and false eyelashes.

Do I apply Bamboo Lash™ ™or Bamboo Brow™ before or after my skincare/cosmetics and how long do I need to wait?
Yes. We recommend that you allow Bamboo Lash™ or Bamboo Brow™ to dry completely (approximately 3-5 minutes after applying) and then proceed to apply your skincare or other cosmetic products.

Can I still use mascara on my lashes?
Yes, absolutely and you will most likely find that your mascara works better than before you started using Bamboo Lash™! Many happy Bamboo Lash™ users tell us that they felt they had to use mascara before but after using Bamboo Lash™, they no longer feel that they need to.

What if I experience irritation from Bamboo Lash™?
Bamboo Lash™ does not contain ingredients shown to cause irritation such as prostaglandins, isopropyl cloprostenate (a derivative of “Cloprostenol” - a prostaglandin drug used in veterinarian practices) nor sodium chloride (salt) which are often associated with irritation claims. As a natural product company, we stayed away from ingredients recognized by the FDA as a drug or that have a concerning long list of potential side effects and no long-term clinical study findings. We also do not contain salt in our formulations. Salt has been known to dry out hair and can cause lashes to be brittle and break- not to mention that it definitely can irritate your eyes! If you have sensitive eyes and do happen to experience irritation, deduce the use of Bamboo Lash™. Like any product, if you experience continued irritation, you should discontinue using the product and consult your physician. (You should not use our formulas if you are allergic to one of the listed ingredients.) As a team of women with years of experience in the beauty industry, we sought out to develop a formula with selected natural ingredients and vitamins that are gentler, shown to be safer and still deliver incredible results that enhance the appearance of healthier, more beautiful lashes!

What if I have a medical condition, undergoing chemotherapy or am pregnant can I still use Bamboo Lash™ or Bamboo Brow™?
As with anyone with a medical condition, as a precaution, we advise you to consult your physician prior to using Bamboo Lash™ or Bamboo Brow™.

What is the pH level of Bamboo Lash™ or Bamboo Brow™?
The pH level of the products is 6.5-7.

Can a man use Bamboo Lash™ or Bamboo Brow™?
Absolutely! Many men experience thinning eyelashes and eyebrows just like women. Many men have found that using our products help to enhance and define their features and that our products are easier to use than others.

Can my teenager use Bamboo Lash™ or Bamboo Brow™?
As a precaution, as we suggest you consult your physician. No medical studies have been completed on children under 18 years old.

Can I use Bamboo Brow on over tattooed, over-tweezed/over-waxed eyebrows?
Yes, in fact that is what Bamboo Brow™ was created for. New brow hairs usually come in very light blonde and Bamboo Brow™ will accentuate them as they naturally fill in to assist you in achieving that beautiful arch. Users have told us that the product fills in that sparse brow “tail” and has given them a look they desire without the need to fill in with a brow pencil! Light complexion people often have brows that are hardly visible and Bamboo Brow™, with it’s natural botanical tinter, will help to enhance their appearance and give dimension to facial features.

Do you test your products on Animals or use animal ingredients?
Never- we are “cruelty-free” company! No animal by-products were used in formulating and no animal testing was performed in the production of Bamboo Lash™ or Bamboo Brow™. In fact we donate to animal causes to help raise awareness and discourage animal testing.
